Our Story
Hi, I'm Toby. I have over 10 years of experience in the personal training & fitness industry, and have worked with more than 100 clients to date. I specialise in sports massage therapy and injury rehabilitation.
As a former professional bodybuilder, I represented Ireland at the European Championships. After suffering an ACL injury, I shifted my focus to athletic performance enhancement and recovery, which led me to found PRO Motion Neuromuscular Therapy. PRO Motion was born from my personal experience and passion, and we offer high-quality care centered around recovery, injury prevention, and customized sports massage treatments.
My unique blend of personal training and sports massage therapy expertise allows me to fully grasp the effects of training on muscles and deliver impactful recovery strategies. I hold a degree as a Neuromuscular Therapist and have worked with athletes from various sports, from GAA, powerlifting, HYROX, Triathlon, Equesterians to golf players. This experience has deepened my understanding of injury mechanisms and rehabilitation techniques. I'm committed to helping you achieve your best performance through injury prevention and performance optimization. My holistic approach combines these two passions to get you to the top of your game.
